System controls input costs and improves productivety
The sun FINALLY came out today at the Orthman Research Farm, and though it isn’t expected to last long, service tech Brent Kliment took advantage by throwing open the shop doors and installing a RowCommand system on the Orthman Research Farm planter. This is a simple and efficient (but also very much a PRECISION TILLAGE!) tool that stops and resumes planting at each individual box using a series of individual clutches.
RowCommand is available from John Deere as a factory-installed option or as a field-conversion.
