We are planning for more Strip-Till vs Direct Seeding Trials

Early February 2010: Our Farm Director and Agronomist are plotting out their designs and plots for the 2010 season. A triplicated study with one variety of corn will be comparing how continuous corn in Direct Seeding approach compared to the Strip-Till approach. Other studies are dry fertilizer placement compared to liquid fertilizers; how strip-till affects 102, 104, 105, 107, 112 day length corn varieties for Central Nebraskan growers; and soybean studies in Direct Seeding vs. Strip-Till this year after corn.

Should be an exciting year.
