Come by Lexington, NE Orthman Research Farm and Find Out
Our agronomist, Mike Petersen and Mark Griffith (farm manager) will be spending hours in the fields at the Orthman Farm measuring roots. Come by and join in on all the fun. These first 25 days have a great deal to tell field consultants, growers and researchers did the starter/popup fertility do its job to get the ’09 crop off to a good start. These men will have a better idea of the varying fertility and tillage studies at the Orthman Farm. Their work will help growers, seed dealers, agronomists who use strip-till as their system to start corn and soybeans on the path to top production.
